- Together we’ll draw up the job description, either over the phone or directly on your premises.
- Then we’ll start right away with a preliminary search of our database so we can give you initial feedback as quickly as possible.
- We’ll then broaden the search to take in job exchanges, personal recommendations, external databases, our own company search & match software, and division-specific networks.
- Using a structured preselection process we then pick the best dossiers for you.
- A personal interview with the selected candidates is indicative of the choices made later on. For this we use the innovative method of competency-based interviews (CBI).
- Once we have evaluated the interviews you will receive a representative selection of suitable candidates.
- During the selection process we remain in close contact with the candidates at all times.
- We are there to provide support and guidance throughout the entire interview process.
- In this phase regularly fine-tuning, pursuing and repeating the research work is a key element of our dynamic methodology.
- If required, we are happy to offer you our competent assistance during contract negotiations with the chosen candidate.
- We remain active even once the contract has been signed. With our know-how and our many years of industry experience we are there to assist you and the candidate during the first few months of the candidate’s new job.
